Group Fitness

Our group fitness classes are a fun and motivating way to stay active while building strength, endurance, and confidence. Led by experienced coaches, each class combines dynamic workouts with the energy of a supportive team environment.
 

Designed for all fitness levels, group sessions offer a balance of challenge and encouragement, helping you push past limits while enjoying the camaraderie of others. Whether your goal is to get stronger, increase stamina, or just stay active, group fitness keeps you moving—and keeps you accountable.

BootCamp Class - Tuesday & Thursday 9:30am


Challenge your body and elevate your fitness in this dynamic Bootcamp class that blends resistance training with cardio-based interval circuits. Each session is designed to build strength, boost endurance, and ignite your metabolism through high-intensity, full-body movements.
 

You'll rotate through timed intervals that alternate between strength-focused exercises and high-energy cardio bursts, keeping your heart rate up and your muscles engaged from start to finish.

This class is suitable for all fitness levels, with options to modify or intensify each movement. Get ready to sweat, move with purpose, and leave feeling stronger every time.

Work one-on-one with Emily Stewart, our Physiotherapist and Strength & Conditioning Specialist, to recover, prevent injury, and perform at your best. Emily combines her clinical expertise with a background in exercise and sports science to provide personalized treatment plans tailored to your unique needs.

Whether you’re managing pain, recovering from injury, improving mobility, or optimizing athletic performance, Emily uses evidence-based techniques to help you move better, feel stronger, and return to the activities you love.

Personal Training

Our personal training sessions are designed to help you reach your health, fitness, and performance goals with individualized attention and support. Whether you’re looking to build strength, improve conditioning, enhance athletic performance, or simply feel better in your daily life, our certified trainers will create a customized program tailored to your needs, abilities, and goals.
 

Each session focuses on proper technique, progression, and accountability to ensure safe and effective results. Personal training is suitable for all levels—from beginners learning the basics to athletes seeking advanced performance coaching.

Holistic Performance Nutrition is designed to support athletes and active individuals with personalized, evidence-based nutrition strategies that enhance performance, improve recovery, and promote long-term health. This service focuses on developing sustainable habits through customized meal planning, macronutrient and micronutrient guidance, and sport-specific fuelling strategies tailored to individual needs, growth stages, and dietary restrictions. Whether preparing for game day, optimizing everyday training, or addressing underfueling concerns, Holistic Nutrition provides practical support to help prevent delayed growth, poor recovery, and decreased performance—empowering clients to feel stronger, recover faster, and perform at their best.
